The full idea of this workout it’s great, easy and you always leave with an amazing energy, instructors +stuff are amazing ( of course I have my favorite ones) but the space is getting too small, ventilation warm days very low, and space for changing/ shower very very limited.
Love the classes—love! But, the space and flow of people is not optimal. Layout is awful! Entrance to building meets the class studio entrance, so it gets super packed when last class and next class collide. The hallway with lockers is a hot mess crammed with people coming and going. Also could use some more airflow/fresh air. When I walk in building super stinky from last class—real bad. Please remodel or get a second studio!

The couple of times I went it was way too hot and humid. As if there’s no A/C. My partner went 50 times and she got an email saying ‘be sure to pick up your card next time!’. They just handed her a printed card with nothing on it except ‘50 rides’. Maybe if they had taken a moment to write something on it? This is just underwhelming.
Friendly staff, clean facilities. The spinning instructors are motivating and the classes are high intensity!
